We want you to love your purchase from Auro. If there’s a problem with your order, please review our return policy below.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we only accept returns if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or unwanted items.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Email us at support@auroluxury.com with your order number, photos of the item, and packaging.

  2. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery. These charges are non-refundable.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.
