1. What is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $35. For other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
2. Where do you ship to?
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. However, some locations may not be eligible for shipping. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you promptly.
3. How long does shipping take?
Our shipping times are as follows:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 10-15 business days
Please note that shipping times may be extended due to customs clearance or other unforeseen delays.
4. How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
5. Do you ship all items in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately. If you have concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to us at auroluxury@gmail.com.
6. What happens if my package is lost or missing?
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If the mistake was on our end, we’ll resolve it at no cost to you.
7. Will I need to pay customs fees?
Custom fees may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility. By purchasing, you consent to packages being subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country.
8. What is your return policy?
